Basically, this is a graphic novel about cats-- who would have guessed? Of course, there's more to it than that, and it's hard to understand the story without a small explanation. There are several types of cats:
Leaders: They rule their nation. Duh.
- Usually, leaders are not related, and leadership isn't passed down, but this isn't always the case.

Shamans: Find new leaders and usually have some training with herbs.
Townsfolk: Usually have some sort of task, such as fighting off invaders, hunting, or gathering herbs. Some just stay for protection.
There are other cats who live outside of the nations that are referred to by different names.

Breeze: Ruled by ???

Bartering:
Because there isn't a set currency, cats barter items for trade. Generally, gems and anything extravagant is worth more, and small things are worth less. Prey is a common bartered item.
